As Managing Director, Jenny has been steering Dobsons for years and still loves getting involved at the very beginning of event planning. She works alongside clients to unpack their ideas and guide them through what it takes to bring their vision to life. If there’s a way to make it happen, Jenny helps you find it. Katherine is our creative genius, crafting stunning bouquets, styling events, and transforming empty spaces into an event to remember. She's been with Dobsons for years, helping plan and set up all kinds of weddings, festivals, corporate events, parties, and more.
Sam is the man behind every execution, whipping the team into action and making sure everything is where it should be.
The earlier the better — especially in peak season (spring and summer). That said, we’ll always do our best to help, even with last-minute requests.
Not at all! We work with all kinds of events — from birthdays, corporate functions, and funerals, to backyard get-togethers and community celebrations. If it’s worth celebrating, we’re in.
Yes, within reason. We understand plans evolve — just get in touch as soon as you can so we can make it work.
Absolutely. We can deliver, set up, and pack down, so you can focus on enjoying your day. Or, if you’d prefer to pick up and DIY, that’s fine too.
We’re big believers in having a Plan B. Our marquees and shelters can handle unpredictable weather, and we can work with you to adjust layouts if the forecast changes.
Yes. For larger events, especially marquee setups, we recommend a site visit so we can measure, assess the space, and chat through the best options.
